The House

So we finally signed the contract for purchasing our home away from home on October 28, 2005. The offer was made on October 13, 2005 (why does everything has to be dated 13th :-) isn't Divya and Akshat's birhtday sufficient!) The house was inspected on 16th (another birthday!! - it just happened that way based on everyone's availability on a Sunday) Now we are waiting for the sellers to sign the contract and we will be on our way for the closing which has been scheduled for December 9, 2005 or before.
